Jack Biltis

Jack Biltis

President

Jack co-founded eBacon Inc in 2003. Previously, he co-founded HRC Employer Services, a professional employer organization (PEO) in Phoenix, Arizona. His industry experience began at Human Resource Corp., where he was a partner. In addition to his PEO knowledge, Jack has more than 15 years of insurance company experience in executive management of payroll and administrative services.

One of his major focuses as president of eBacon is spearheading new technologies and techniques that help eBacon’s clients streamline their businesses to become more efficient and more profitable. He is licensed in P&C and L&H insurance, Securities (Series 7, 24, 27, 53, and 66), and is an Enrolled Agent practicing before the IRS. Jack holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Danny Goldberg

Danny Goldberg

VP, National Sales

Danny has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of Time, Payroll, Workers’ Compensation, Human Resource Compliance, Benefits and execution. Prior to joining eBacon, he was Vice President of Sales for ADP regionally, and Vice President of Business Development for Intuit, nationally. He is instrumental in helping clients grow their revenue. Danny received his B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin.

Alex Kremer

Alex joined eBacon after receiving a degree in marketing from Arizona State University.   He is the lead developer of eBacon’s software.  Alex is highly active in the community helping the next generation of software engineers achieve their dreams.

Jason Knight

Director of Operations

After receiving his B.B.A. in economics and business management from Northwood University, Jason delved into the financial services world.  After a seven year career, he stumbled onto the concept of HR outsourcing. The idea really hit a chord because he had seen his father run a successful drywall contracting business that he never expanded due to his fear of hiring and working with employees. Jason recognized the industry as a way to help business owners achieve their dreams while alleviating many of the stressors along the way.

Believing that the client and employee experience is what truly distinguishes one company from another is what drives Jason to create an environment that is focused on excellence yet never loses sight of family and what truly drives us all.

Peter Martinez

Peter Martinez

Controller

Peter is a CPA with more than 25 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis and compliance; having held management positions at Honeywell, Xyron, DYMO, and Kensington Computer Products. Peter received his B.S. in Accounting from Mt. St. Mary College.
