Jack Biltis

President

Jack co-founded eBacon Inc in 2003. Previously, he co-founded HRC Employer Services, a professional employer organization (PEO) in Phoenix, Arizona. His industry experience began at Human Resource Corp., where he was a partner. In addition to his PEO knowledge, Jack has more than 15 years of insurance company experience in executive management of payroll and administrative services. One of his major focuses as president of eBacon is spearheading new technologies and techniques that help eBacon’s clients streamline their businesses to become more efficient and more profitable. He is licensed in P&C and L&H insurance, Securities (Series 7, 24, 27, 53, and 66), and is an Enrolled Agent practicing before the IRS. Jack holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Danny Goldberg

Danny Goldberg

VP, National Sales

Danny has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of Time, Payroll, Workers’ Compensation, Human Resource Compliance, Benefits and execution. Prior to joining eBacon, he was Vice President of Sales for ADP regionally, and Vice President of Business Development for Intuit, nationally. He is instrumental in helping clients grow their revenue. Danny received his B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin.

Alex Kremer is a seasoned professional with 13 years of dedicated service to the company. With a degree from Arizona State University, Alex has played a crucial role in advancing eBacon’s software. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding the platform and fostering the development of a robust working team.

His history of achievements includes managing agile development teams, spearheading recruitment efforts, and leading major application redevelopment projects. Alex is a driving force behind the eBacon software and business. Committed to community growth, he actively supports and mentors the next generation of software engineers, exemplifying eBacon’s dedication to innovation and leadership in the tech industry.

Jason Knight holds the position of VP, Revenue at eBacon. Armed with a B.B.A. from Northwood University, he boasts seven years in financial services before discovering the potential of HR outsourcing. Motivated by his father’s hesitation to expand a successful business, Jason is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs while simplifying workforce management challenges. Believing in the pivotal role of client and employee experiences, he shapes a culture that balances excellence with familial values. In his role, Jason strategically manages revenue operations and marketing, positioning ebacon.com as a market leader. His commitment to merging professional success with personal fulfillment defines our innovative and compassionate company culture.

Laura Hill is a seasoned Operations and Implementation Executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in the Human Capital Management industry. She is an expert in SaaS, HCM, Project Management, and Customer Experience. Laura leads by example, setting clear expectations and communicating a compelling vision to her teams and stakeholders.

She believes that talent development and customer satisfaction are the keys to success, and she has demonstrated her ability to build and mentor high-performing teams. Laura is constantly seeking new ways to enhance and streamline the business processes and methodologies that govern the client lifecycle. She has a knack for finding and utilizing the best resources, and she loves exploring systems to learn their functionalities and suggest improvements that will add value to the users.

Laura holds an MBA in Business Administration. She is a fun-loving and goal-oriented leader who embraces the company culture of having a pig with a construction hat as its mascot.
